Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere in North America and Europe. For an additional charge, we offer expedited delivery to certain locations.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Shipping within the UK takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season, and international orders an approximate of 10-12 days.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we will do our very best to locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted, we’ll refund the shipping charges.
Returns
What items are eligible for return?
Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item.
How do make a return?
Let us know, repackage the item, and return in the original package, and send it back to us.
I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?
All orders must be accompanied by a receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. They’ll be treated as a regular return.
